Sylvia has more than twenty-five years of professional experience in the Civil, Tenant, Labor Courts, and Court of Appeals, allowing her to specialize in the procedural practice of Civil, Commercial, Labor, and Tenant Law. Her clients can rely on expert advice in the preparation of civil and commercial contracts and can be represented with expertise in the labor field, as well as in the negotiation of individual and collective labor contracts.
Sylvia has provided advice to national and international companies in her professional practice regarding the structuring of commercial contracts, distribution agreements, and individual labor contracts. She has also represented them in conciliatory hearings for consumer protection, hearings at the Ministry of Labor, Police Court conciliations, among others.
As an expert in conflict resolution, she represents companies in consumer protection, tax, labor, civil and commercial lawsuits, and litigates appeals and cassations in the highest courts as necessary.
Additionally, she supports the preparation of bids for public and private tenders, legal opinions, terms of reference, and all types of legal and commercial correspondence.
