She has advised renowned national and international companies from various commercial sectors such as pharmacies, banks, entities dedicated to the commercialization of oil and energy, franchises, among others. She has extensive experience in drafting contracts in different areas, conducting due diligence, sales, bank loans, company structuring, including corporate governance, taxation schemes, and other related topics.

Additionally, she has international academic training supported by the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain, and the ESEADE University in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
