Luis also has experience in Intellectual Property, managing the registration of trademarks and patents, and is knowledgeable in resolving conflicts arising from these issues.

His professional practice began at the Public Ministry, specifically in the Office of the Prosecutor for Common Crimes, where he gained extensive knowledge in structuring case theories focused on criminal investigations, enhancing his practice in litigation and arbitration. He has experience in Criminal Law, serving as a lawyer in various criminal cases before the public prosecutors in the Republic of Honduras, including Common Crimes, Intellectual Property, and Corruption.
