He is listed as an Arbitrator at the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa and is a Certified Arbitrator at the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Bar Association of Honduras, as well as a party attorney in arbitration proceedings. He is also part of the list of Attorneys for the U.S. Embassy in Honduras.

Attorney Benítez has also participated in bidding processes and company registrations with various state agencies, license renewals, and other procedures before CONATEL, ONCAE, importation exemptions for broadcast equipment, as well as tax exemptions and importations with exemptions for various companies subject to this regime, and other procedures with different Ministries and Decentralized and Deconcentrated Entities.
