José Andrés Fuxet Ciani has extensive experience in the real estate sector, where he has served as the general director of the real estate department at the firm and has advised major and leading groups of developers and construction companies for housing projects in Guatemala. He has also contributed to the planning of these projects, including providing advice on corporate restructuring, which involved the patrimonial restructuring of the different groups he has advised.

As a result of his real estate experience, he has also gained significant expertise in the formation of commercial companies, both local and offshore, as part of his clients’ business organization.

Throughout his career, he has participated in and advised on the establishment of more than 15 condominiums, including residential houses and apartments through Condominium and Horizontal Property Regimes. Additionally, he has been involved in the patrimonial-corporate restructuring of groups that consist of more than 40 companies.
