Claudia Vivas has distinguished herself as a lawyer in highly prestigious law firms in Nicaragua, with extensive practice in Corporate Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Administrative Processes, Energy and Hydrocarbons, and Real Estate. She has significant experience in local legal practice, advising companies, non-governmental organizations, and embassies. She served for many years as Senior Legal Advisor for the Economic Section of the United States Embassy in Nicaragua. Her extensive experience includes, among other things, advising national and international companies in the preparation of commercial, civil, and corporate contracts with regional application. She also has considerable experience in advising the Energy and Hydrocarbons sector, assisting with the acquisition of permits and licenses for the development of energy projects in Nicaragua.
