Beatriz López has developed her professional practice in various areas of law, including real estate law, banking law, corporate law, compliance, and international transactions.
In Real Estate Law, she has advised real estate developers and construction companies, collaborating in the planning of projects, including strategies and the preparation of condominium regimes, horizontal property, regulations, sales agreements, contributions, among others.
In Corporate Law, she has led and coordinated Mergers and Acquisitions, Due Diligence processes, the purchase and sale of company shares both nationally and internationally, and the advising and drafting of various civil and commercial contracts. She has also provided counsel on the incorporation and structuring of national and foreign corporations, non-profit civil associations, among others.
In Banking Law, she has provided advice and legal services related to credits of various types; and in Wealth Management, she has designed and implemented wealth management strategies.
Throughout all negotiations, she has acted as a compliance officer, establishing procedures and best practices to identify and classify legal risks, as well as setting up mechanisms for prevention, management, control, and response.
