Honduras promotes Senior Associate and Associate
[/vc_column_text][us_separator][vc_column_text] We are proud to share with you the promotion of Fabián J. Villeda Corona to Senior Associate at Lexincorp Honduras. Fabián's career has been exceptional both within the firm and prior to joining. He holds an LL.M. in International Law from the Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg (University of Heidelberg, Germany) and a Master's degree in International Law, Investment, Trade and Arbitration from the University of Chile. He has also completed specialized studies at the University of Zaragoza, University of Geneva, University of Buenos Aires and the International Chamber of Commerce in International Contracts, International Commercial and Investment Arbitration and Damage Structuring in International Arbitration. Fabián advises and represents companies and state agencies in domestic and international arbitrations under various arbitration rules. He is a member of the Arbitrator and Arbitration Tribunal Secretary lists of the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tegucigalpa, and of the Arbitrator of the Mexican Arbitration Center, the Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAR), the Blockchain and Technology Conflict Resolution Institution (IBT), and the Registry of Potential Arbitrators of the General Secretariat of the Madrid International Arbitration Center (CIAM). Fabián is the Representative of UNIDROIT (International Institute for the Unification of Private Law, based in Rome) for the Republic of Honduras for the period 2022-2025, due to his expertise in the matter. We fully believe that Fabián will continue to have an exceptional career and are very pleased to have him as part of our Arbitration team. We are also pleased to announce that attorney Diego Carranza has been promoted to Associate at Lexincorp Honduras. Diego has proven to be a highly accomplished attorney, with a specialized practice in corporate counsel for local and international clients, as well as in civil, commercial, and administrative arbitration and litigation, collaborating regularly with both departments at the firm. His practice is complemented by his experience in Intellectual Property, where he provides advice on trademark protection and judicial protection of trademarks and patents. This comprehensive approach has contributed to his growth within the firm and assures us that he has a brilliant career ahead of him.
