Experience: Linda Barquero Peralta has worked as a lawyer in financial institutions, practicing extensively in the areas of Banking and Financial Law, Civil Law, Contracts, Civil Procedure and Property Law. She has extensive experience in local legal practice as an advisor on credit risk and asset titling. Linda Barquero Peralta has extensive experience in advising companies in Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Credit Documents and Legal Audits for the Acquisition and Formalization of Properties.

Education:

Law Degree, American University, Nicaragua (2010); Postgraduate in Corporate Law, American University, Nicaragua (2012). Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of Nicaragua to practice as a Lawyer and Notary Public (2015). Linda Barquero Peralta has also participated in several congresses, courses and seminars taught by national and international institutions, obtaining diplomas in Corporate Law and Contracts.
