Experience: Ana Cristhian Dávila has worked as a lawyer in several prestigious law firms and multinational companies in Nicaragua, practicing extensively in the areas of Labour Law and Social Security, Administrative Law, Litigation and Human Resources. Her extensive experience includes, among other things, advice to local and international companies in the negotiation and formalization of collective agreements, labour litigation, contract negotiation and administrative procedures. As part of her extensive experience in Labour Law, Ana Cristhian Davila served as Inspector Department of Labor Ministry for several years. Currently, her knowledge and experience in labour law has allowed her to successfully manage collective agreements and trade union negotiations for the main private companies in Nicaragua. She currently works as a professor in Labour Law at the Catolina Redemptoris Mater University.

Education: Law Degree, National Autonomous University of Nicaragua, Leon, Nicaragua (1996); Master in Labor Law and Human Resources Management, Nicaraguan University of Humanistic Studies, Nicaragua (2011). Ana Cristhian Davila has also participated in several conferences, courses and seminars taught by national and international institutions, obtaining diplomas in Labor Law, Social Security, Administrative Procedures, Human Resources, Occupational Safety and Environmental Law.
