Experience: Her professional practice has been primarily focused on Commercial, Banking and Financial Law. Due to her over more than 10 year experience providing legal advice to the banking sector as well as serving as a consultant for Transnational, Regional and Local Corporations; specialized on structuring all types of societies.

She has also developed her experience on the incorporation of new companies from its constitution and organization, taxation, corporate governance, and all kinds of agreements or authorizations required. Focusing on the elaboration of Commercial and Credit Contracts, such as Agency, Representation and Distribution, Consortium, Franchise, Leasing, Factoring Contracts, in Central American countries; incorporating clauses to protect the companies against customer’s claims; and handling the prevention and solution of cases of the Customer Protection Regulatory Institution.

She has provided Professional assessment on Mergers and Acquisition processes for National and International Companies involved in areas such as Energy, Telecommunications and Banking; Including the Tax and Regulatory aspects of this kind of operations.

Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Law and Social Science, Lawyer and Notary, of the Dr. Jose Matias Delgado University, licensed to practice Law and Notary Profession; A Legal Aspects on International Business Diploma. Provided by INCAE/GEORGETOWN, in Managua, Nicaragua. Duration of seven modules. May-November 2003. The program included a Corporative management of Regional entities and Anglo-Saxon as well as Intellectual property.
