Experience: Moisés has experience as legal counsel to the State Secretary in the Energy, Natural Recourses, Environment and Mining Desk, where he was involved in drafting key projects in each area. In addition to that, he was in charge of representing this governmental entity in various litigations.

During his private practice, he has counseled clients in various areas, including corporate and energy. He has also acted as in-house counsel to a local corporation, being in charge of their legal needs related to their operations, including administrative proceedings, corporate governance, commercial and civil contracts, labour and any dispute resolution.

He has also acted as representative to several NGO and as manager of a transportation and technology company, where he acquired the skills necessary to understand startups.

Moisés has counseled businesses drafting legal opinions on commercial, contractual, energy, environment, technology, telecommunications and startups.

Education: Master in Renewable Energies from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana 2017, Honduras.

Law degree with emphasis in International Law from the Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana 2013, Honduras.

Courses in Public International Law and Legislation for Public International Commerce from the Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina 2011.
