Experience: His professional practice has been developed for over more than 15 years in Judicial Litigation and Arbitration; Focusing on Civil, Commercial and Criminal Law. He has wide experience in Judicial Executions on obligations related to Mortgages, Pledges, Personal Loans, Ownership Claims, obtaining favorable judgments. He has represented National and International Companies as a lawyer in Arbitration where the subject of the litigation is about, Distribution Contracts, Corporate Agreements, Public Work Contracts, Condominium Regime, Insurance Contracts, among others, obtaining favorable Arbitrational Awards for our customers.

He has been part of interagency teams nationally in Criminal Justice, to develop courses and documents on Human Rights, and its relation to policing and state prison system; He has served as Professor at the Police Education System.

Max was also a member of the Judicial Power of Honduras, in the Reform Technical Unit, and member of the founding team of the Electronic Documentation and Judicial Information Center. He participated in the preparation and design of didactic materials on Human Rights, with the Inter-institutional Commission of Criminal Justice, such as the Manual on Human Rights and Access to Justice which includes international Treaties signed by Honduras on Human Rights, plus a compilation of Contentious Jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights regarding Honduras.

Education: Bachelor in Legal and Social Sciences, graduated from the National Autonomous University of Honduras (UNAH) with forensic practice in criminal matters;

Master in Human Security at the National University of the Honduran Police (UNPH) and Bachelor in Criminal Sciences (UNAH);
