Experience: His professional practice has been focused in Civil, Business and International Commerce Law, as well as International Litigation and Arbitration. He advised an International Conciliation and Arbitration Center in its reform of its rules and statutes for dealing with disputes in agroindustry.
His experience is mainly in Public and Private International Law, with emphasis in International Investment and Business Law (OMC) and dispute resolution resulting in this practice, especially non discriminatory clauses.
Fabián attended the Max Planck Institute of Compared Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany. He has been trained of International Arbitration under CIADI, ICC, CNUDMI rules, among others. He has several years’ experience as a Law School professor, and been a speaker in various forums and workshops.
Due to his academic training, Fabián counsels companies in their international commerce operations, as well as drafting international contracts that involve sales, foreign investments, costumes, due diligence, legal opinions, business contracts, factoring, leasings, and special purpose vehicles.
Additionally, Fabián acts as counsel to national and foreign companies when structuring arbitration procedures.
