Attorney Diego Granada has developed his professional practice in providing legal advice to companies involved in infrastructure, construction and energy projects. His advice has extended to all elements of a business operation of this type including compliance issues, labor law, commercial law, administrative law, environmental law and intellectual property. His experience has allowed him to be in charge of the legal advice in complex infrastructure projects with a high degree of administrative incidents and diverse commercial relationships, being in charge of the presentation of several tenders.
He has experience in banking and financial contracts, where he has had the opportunity to advise from the institution’s perspective in credit structuring, release of guarantees, credit card contracts and follow-up of judicial processes related to bank executions.
He had experience working as Legal Manager and attorney-in-fact of two important Honduran companies, which gave him the necessary experience to advise clients not only from a legal perspective but also taking into consideration the objectives and business perspective.
