Experience:

Alejandro is a Lawyer with orientation in business law and with experience especially in matters of a commercial nature, and regulated sector. He is endowed with solid skills in legal analysis, legal-strategic planning, stakeholder analysis with knowledge for the implementation and evaluation of comprehensive compliance systems within private and public entities.

 

He has experience in Management of administrative processes in matters such as: migration and foreigners; Legalization of documents; qualification of tourist projects for incorporation into the regime established in the Tourism Promotion Law; environmental licensing; complaint processes before the General Directorate of Consumer Protection; exemptions from Income Tax (ISR); obtaining legal status for non-governmental development organizations (NGDOs), among others. As well as Due Diligence, for sale/acquisition transactions of companies or assets, to obtain loans with national financial institutions and in administrative files (environmental and mining matters). As well as preparation of contracts for the sale, exchange and donation of real estate.
