Ricardo Bolaños has extensive experience in labor matters, alternative dispute resolution, and immigration law. He has practiced law as a senior lawyer of the Labor and Migration Department of LEXINCORP, appearing in conciliations in administrative headquarters, management of ordinary labor trials, qualifications of schedules, days and internal labor regulations, elaboration of labor contracts, labor settlements, terminations of labor relationship by mutual agreement and supporting documents for society in general, drafting and issuance of legal opinions, publications of relevant labor issues, evacuation of all the stages of the sanction procedure in the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, advice and follow-up on recommendations proposed by security technicians, regularization of migratory qualities in the country, based on the status of foreign workers, companions, investors, students and legal representatives, obtaining consular and consulted visas to enter the country.
Education:
Degree in Legal Sciences from Universidad Centroamericana José Simeón Cañas UCA. Authorized to practice Law in 2012 and authorized as a Public Notary in 2016. Trained in Theoretical-Practical Seminars on Labour Legislation in force in the country in the American Chamber of Commerce, Salvadoran Textile Chamber. Trained and certified as a member of the Occupational Health and Safety Committee of the firm, Course on the deepening of Competition Law by the José Simeón Cañas UCA Central American University. Recently, participation in Diplomacy of Business Legal Advice with emphasis on banking contracting, incorporation of companies, Competition Law, Consumer Law and Arbitration.
