Experience:

Paola has experience in intellectual property issues, providing services for trademark registrations, renewals, trade names, transfers, changes of domicile, patents, industrial designs and preparation of processes related to registration objections and brand collation analysis for opposition purposes.

She also has experience in Labour Law: Evacuation of fine procedures in the Ministry of Labour and social security, monitoring of ordinary labour lawsuits, qualifications of schedules, hours and internal labour regulations, preparation of contracts for the provision of services and labour settlements.

Family Law: Proceedings in judicial headquarters (divorces, food quota regime, communication and treatment regime, recognition of paternity, abbreviated procedure for departures from the country etc.) and notarial procedures of the area.

Education:

Degree in Legal Sciences from the José Simeon Cañas University; Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador to practice Law and Notaries.

Languages: Spanish and English
