Kevin Vargas has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, an area in which he has worked as a litigator in various common and special processes, civil and commercial, administrative, constitutional, labour disputes, among others. Within his professional practice, he has also advised several clients on alternative dispute resolution, concluding successfully.

Degree in Legal Sciences, Lawyer and Notary, University Doctor José Matías Delgado; Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador to practice Law (2011); Notary (2014); Official Master’s Degree in Business Law, Autonomous University of Barcelona (2013).
