Armando has extensive experience in corporate advice for national and foreign companies, with a special emphasis on tax and commercial matters, the result of more than thirty years of professional practice. During his career, he has participated in the formation of various laws, such as the Tax Reform of El Salvador in 1992. In addition, he has served as a member of multiple boards of financial and insurance institutions.

Doctor of Jurisprudence and Social Sciences, Lawyer and Notary, University of El Salvador, El Salvador; Authorized by the Supreme Court of Justice of El Salvador to practice Law and Notaries.
